What's included in the setup?
Every project includes domain connection, hosting configuration, SSL setup, and the essentials needed to get your site online. Pro (Monthly) includes ongoing hosting, forms, and upkeep as a managed website subscription.
Who owns the website?
With a one-time build, we hand over ownership of the finished code. With Pro (Monthly), HVWD retains the website code: subscription fees pay for the managed service and do not pay off ownership. Your domain and the content you provide remain yours; these are separate from website code ownership. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.
Can I buy out a monthly website?
A buyout may be discussed and quoted separately, case by case. It is not automatic or guaranteed, and monthly payments do not create an entitlement to ownership.
What are unlimited minor content updates?
Included with Pro (Monthly) and the optional Starter content-update add-on: replacing supplied text or photos, updating hours, contact details, prices, or existing service descriptions. There is no monthly request-count limit for these minor updates. We handle one active request at a time in a queue; unlimited does not mean immediate delivery or unlimited scope. New pages, substantial layout changes, redesigns, new features or integrations, and substantial copywriting are separately quoted.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. New pages, substantial layout changes, redesigns, new features or integrations, and substantial copywriting are separately quoted for both one-time builds and monthly subscriptions. They are not included minor content updates.
How long does it take to complete?
Most websites take 2 to 4 weeks to launch, depending on size and complexity. Lump-sum builds are delivered as a complete package. Monthly subscriptions include ongoing minor content updates and support while active.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Pro (Monthly) includes support and upkeep while your subscription is active. Lump-sum projects include a short support window after launch; ongoing care requires a separate maintenance package. The optional Starter content-update add-on covers the minor updates described above.
